MEETING SCHEDULE

All meetings are held in Oak Forest City Hall at 7:00pm.

General Meetings require at least one representative from each group.  

 

February 6^th, 2012

Commissioner’s meeting - Group Leaders need not be present.

 

March 5^th, 2012

General Meeting – Group representatives pledge hours.

 

April 2^nd, 2012

            General Meeting – Lottery for hours, worker’s hours and raffle tickets distributed.

 

May 7^th, 2012

General Meeting – Raffle monies and completed shift sheets to be returned.

 

June 4^th, 2012

General Meeting – Workers passes distributed.

 

June 18^th, 2012

Commissioner’s meeting - Group Leaders need not be present.

 

June 27^th, 2012

SET-UP - Oak Fest grounds at 6:00pm. All Commissioners to attend.

 

June 28^th – July 4^th, 2012

Oak Fest – All scheduled workers MUST sign in and out to get credit for hours worked. Workers must know their group number.

 

July 5^th, 2012

Clean-up - Oak Fest grounds, time TBD.
