5K Liberty Run / Walk

at fest entrance

Pre-Register & Pay in person at Oak Forest Park District  15601 Central Ave, Oak Forest
Pre-Register by email - send name & address to: info@oakfest.com     Payment will be taken on race day at registration table
Entry fee includes a t-shirt  and goody bag.

Kids Fun Run  -  $10 -  All kids receive a medal

 

The 5K Run / Walk starts at 7pm and winds through the streets of Oak Forest
with the finish line at the Oak Fest entrance.
Immediately following the race -
Join us for a post race party with food, refreshments,  raffle prizes and winner announcements in the Main Tent.

The course is a USATF Certified 5k on a flat to slightly hilly course through the city of Oak Forest.
On race day, you will first report to the registration tent and pick up your race packet.
An application and waiver must be filled out for each individual runner.
The starting line for the race will be at the NE corner of 159th and Central Avenue, behind the BP gas station
with the finish line being the entrance to the festival.
* The entrance to the Oak Fest can be found at the north end of the carnival.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to local Oak Forest not-for-profit organizations.
